1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SafeGuard Check, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
These terms apply to all users of the service, including:
- Individual users (Free, Pro, and Plus subscribers)
- Emergency contacts
- Family members
- Visitors to our website
2. Description of Service
SafeGuard Check is a personal safety application designed to help users maintain regular check-ins and alert emergency contacts when safety concerns arise.

- Daily check-in functionality
- Emergency SOS alerts
- Automated missed check-in notifications
- Family dashboard for Plus subscribers
- Smart skip functionality
Important Note
SafeGuard Check is a supplementary safety tool and does not replace professional emergency services. Always call local emergency numbers (999 in Malaysia) in case of immediate danger.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use SafeGuard Check, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Be at least 13 years old or have parental consent
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Keeping your password secure
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
Available Plans
Free Plan
Basic check-in, 1 emergency contact, notifications only, ads
Pro Plan (RM 9.90/month)
3 emergency contacts, Email, notifications, no ads
Plus Plan (RM 19.90/month)
Unlimited contacts, family dashboard, smart skip, Email, notifications, no ads and all features
Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Payments are processed through secure third-party processors
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if full payment is not received
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SafeGuard Check to:
- Send false or misleading emergency alerts
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
False Alerts
Sending false emergency alerts may result in account suspension and legal action. Please use the SOS feature responsibly.
6. Limitation of Liability
SafeGuard Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That notifications will always be delivered
- That the service will prevent all safety incidents
- Specific results from using the service
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feeler Soft Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Providing false information
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Non-payment of subscription fees
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
